12, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Police say the man arrested Monday after an Amber Alert and the recovery of a missing South Ogden boy told officers he and the boy were “dating.” Weston Ray Kubbe, 37, of Murray, was charged Wednesday in 2nd District Court with two counts of child kidnapping, a first-degree felony; aggravated sexual abuse of a child, a first-degree felony; and enticing a minor, a second-degree felony.

The boy was discovered missing on Monday morning by family members who had last seen the child the previous night.
