Mark Todd KNZM CBE is synonymous with the sport of Eventing.Since he started competing at the top in 1978 when he was part of New Zealand’s first 3-day eventing team to contest a world championship, he has gone on to record numerous successes at the very highest level.A short list for the show jumping team was published on April 13, 2016, but for these horse/rider combinations to remain eligible for the team, they will have to compete in one of four designated observation events this summer. After that, the Chef d'Equipe (team coach) and selectors will evaluate the combinations based on criteria set forth in the selection procedures and recommend four combinations as well as one traveling reserve combination.Team members should be named no later than July 5, 2016.

Coming into effect from the beginning of 2019, the FEI have renamed the international classes.
Registrations are valid from January to December and cost £17 per horse and £17 per rider.
